  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. parsley (dry)
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger (powdered)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated mellow cheese (Velveeta)

Directions

    Drain cooked carrots.

    Mix over low heat and set aside.

    Put carrots back in pan after drained and pour sauce over carrots and toss.
