- 13 cup panko breadcrumbs (Japanese)
- 12 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 12 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 14 cup nonfat sour cream
- 14 cup prepared fat free ranch dressing
- 14 cup salsa
Directions

1Combine the buttermilk and egg substitute.

2In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, taco seasoning, and garlic salt.

3Dip the zucchini into the buttermilk mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture.

4Place, in a single layer, on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

5Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
