- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 dash cinnamon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered, 2-quart souffle dish.

3Reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 45 minutes.
