Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced carrots
- 1 large onion, sliced and separated
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots (not mushy).

2Drain.

3Add onion and bell pepper. Combine soup, oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.

4Bring to a boil.

5Pour hot mixture over carrot mixture.

6Let marinate for several hours.

7This will keep in the refrigerator for at least a week.
