- Healthy pinch salt
- Healthy pinch baking pwdr
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water
Directions

1CREPES: Mix all together, no lumps.

2Heat 1 tsp.

3butter in small frying pan.

4Add in 2 Tbsp.

5batter, spread thin.

6Cook till dry on one side.

7Turn, cook other side.

8Don't brown.

9Repeat till all crepe batter is used.

10FILLING: Mix all ingredients.

11Put filling in middle of crepes and fold sides in.

12Put in baking dish; cover with tomato sauce.

13Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

14Makes 15 manicotta.
