  • 6 c. chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 lb. carrots, cut up
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3/4 stick butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh thyme, minced
  • nutmeg to taste

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine the stock and the carrots.
