Ingredients
- 150 grams Spaghetti (thin type)
- 1 from 2-3 carrots Carrot leaves
- 2 small or 1 medium Carrot
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Red chili pepper (togarashi)
- 1 Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Sprinkle a pinch of salt onto the carrot leaves and (optionally) parboil.

2Wring out the excess moisture and cut into small pieces.

3Cut the carrot into thin, long strips (use a slicer).

4Roughly chop up the garlic and smash with the knife.

5Slice the red chili pepper.

6Boil the spaghetti.

7Heat olive oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic over low heat until fragrant.

8Add the chili pepper.

9Cook the carrot and the leaves.

10Add the spaghetti and mix.

11Season with salt and pepper.

12Optionally top with parmesan cheese.
