  • 2/3 c. (1/2 can) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix milk, coconut and vanilla.

    Drop by teaspoon on well-greased baking sheet, about 1-inch apart.

    Bake at 350° until a delicate brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan at once.

    Makes about 30 (1/2-inch) cookies.
