- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. almonds
- 1 pkg. carrots
Directions

1Cook carrots in 1/2-inch boiling water for 8 minutes.

2Drain water and pour carrots in casserole dish.

3Melt oleo, add ginger and raisins.

4Pour over carrots.

5Sprinkle with almonds.

6Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
