  • 2 cans finger ling carrots or 4 c. cooked carrots
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Combine drained carrots with mixture of next 5 ingredients. Put in casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
