- 1 lb. carrots, sliced diagonally or 1 lb. pkg. frozen carrot slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- pinch of ground nutmeg
Directions

1In a large skillet, bring salted water to a boil.

2Add carrots to boiling water and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.

3Drain well.

4Add butter, marmalade and nutmeg to carrots.

5Saute over medium high heat until carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.

6Serves 4.
