- 2 lb. baby carrots
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 butter
- 2 c. crackers
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain.

2Melt the butter and cheese together, then mix with the carrots.

3Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Melt butter and mix with the crackers.

5Sprinkle over the carrots and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (until cracker mixture is brown).
