- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Cut carrots in julienne strips.

2Cook in small amount of water until barely tender; drain and cook.

3Slice onion thinly and cut pepper into strips.

4Combine with carrots.

5Mix the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

6Pour over carrots, onions and pepper, chill.
