- 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb any other ground beef or 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 34 cup brown rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 red bell pepper
Directions

1Brown up meat.

2While the meat is browning, dice up the pepper.

3Drain the meat of any grease if there is any.

4Put in diced peppers with meat, cook until peppers are soft.

5Toss in rest of ingredients (include juice with tomatos).

6Cover and simmer for 20-40 minutes (water should be gone and rice should be soft).
