  • 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb any other ground beef or 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 34 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 red bell pepper

    Brown up meat.

    While the meat is browning, dice up the pepper.

    Drain the meat of any grease if there is any.

    Put in diced peppers with meat, cook until peppers are soft.

    Toss in rest of ingredients (include juice with tomatos).

    Cover and simmer for 20-40 minutes (water should be gone and rice should be soft).
