- 20 large carrots
- 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 20 pecans (optional)
- 1 large grated onion
- Lawry's seasoning salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil carrots that have been cut crosswise in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.

2Drain and put in blender or grate.

3Stir in cream, cheese, onion and seasonings.

4Pour into a large buttered casserole.

5Place pecan halves over top.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

7Freezes well.

8A wonderful companion with turkey.
