  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, blended with 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Bring water and salt to a boil; add carrots; cover and cook 10 minutes until crisp tender.

    Stir in pineapple; cook 5 minutes.
