  • 2 cups water
  • 1 bouillon cubes or 1 teaspoon instant bouillon granules
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup uncooked rice

Directions

    Bring water to a boil.

    Add boullion.

    Stir to dissolve.

    Add carrots and rice, return to boiling.

    Reduce heat to low.

    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
