- 1 lb. carrots or 2 cans, sliced and drained
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. almonds
Directions

1Cook carrots for 8 minutes; drain.

2Place in 1-quart baking dish.

3Stir in raisins, butter, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
