  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

    Slice and cook carrots with salt, water and butter until tender.

    Add sugar and marjoram and toss well.
