- 2 small bananas
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
Directions

1Cut the bananas in half (long side).

2Melt the butter on a frying pan then fry the halves of the bananas one side at a time.

3When both sides looks dark brown, arrange the two halves of the bananas on plate.

4Cover them with mozzarella cheese slices, put the remaining halves on top.

5Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

6Serve while it's hot!
