Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 or 3 c. chicken, cooked
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
  • 1/2 c. cashews

Directions

    Mix soups, milk, rice, mushrooms, pimentos and chicken together.

    Saute celery and onions in margarine.

    Add to rest of ingredients.

    Pour into 4-quart casserole.

    Bake 2 hours at 350°. Last 30 minutes sprinkle cashews over top.
