- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1 can Chinese noodles
- 1 c. raw cashews, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
Directions

1In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.

2Saute last 3 ingredients until onion is clear.

3Add vegetables to mixture in bowl and mix thoroughly.

4Save part of the noodles to sprinkle on top of casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
