- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp natural ghee
- 2 tsp salt

Directions

1Boil the beans for about 45 mins... then boil the cassava for about 20-30 minutes till soft.

2Fry the other ingredients in the ghee then add the beans and cassava to it.
