- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- about 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water.

2Sift together flour, sugar and salt.

3Mix yeast mixture and flour mixture together. Add about 1 cup warm water to make a soft dough.

4Cover and rise until doubled.

5Grease 2 casserole dishes.

6Put raised dough on floured board and knead a few times.

7Divide dough in half.

8Put in dishes.
-
9Raise again.
-
10When done, butter top and take out of dishes and cool.

11Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until done.
