  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
  • 2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken breasts or preferred parts

Directions

    Place chicken on rice in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Mix canned soups and milk together. Pour over rice before adding chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.

    Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 325° for 2 1/4 hours.
