- 4 lean pork chops
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, sliced in rings
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Place rice in casserole or covered dish.

2Arrange chops on top of rice.

3Season chops with salt and pepper.

4Place a slice of onion, tomato and green pepper on each chop.

5Pour boiling water to moisten rice.

6Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
