Caster Sugar

   Pour sugar into a blender, a food processor, or a clean coffee mill.

   Keep in mind that this technique can scratch up the sides of a plastic container pretty bad, so you might not want to use a brand new food processor or blender.

   A mortar and pestle would also do a fine job, though somewhat more difficult.

   Buzz the sugar on high until fine.

   Substitute for caster or superfine sugar in any application.
