Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped black olives
  • 1/2 c. garbanzos
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins
  • 2 c. V-8 juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Melt margarine in a large skillet and brown beef in it. Remove beef and drain on paper towel.

    Saute onion in remaining margarine. Mix meat, onions and remaining vegetables and spices in skillet.

    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.

    Serve on tortillas you have preheated.
