- 1/2 lb fat back
- 4 lbs onions
- 3 c campbell tomato soup
- 1/2 bottle catsup
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 1/2 lbs dressed cat fish
Directions

1Fry fat back and remove from grease, cut up onions and saute in grease until clear, add soup and catsup, salat and pepper and simmer about 1 hour, stirring often as it sticks easily. Continue cooking till fish are fork tender.

2Serve over rice.
