Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. instant chopped onions
  • 3 medium-size potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
  • 7 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 8 1/2 oz. can green beans
  • 10 1/2 oz. can condensed vegetable beef soup
  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Crumble ground chuck on bottom of a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and instant onions. Layer with potatoes, corn and beans.

    Top with the soups. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
