  • 6 catfish fillets
  • 4 bacon strips, fry and crumble
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Fry bacon and crumble.

    Mix with rest of ingredients and put on top of fish.
