- 1 1/2 lb. catfish fillets
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 dash pepper
- parsley flakes
- 3 Tbsp. chopped bacon or salt pork
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Cut fillets into 1-inch pieces.

2Brown the bacon.

3Add onion and saute.

4Add water, potatoes, seasonings and fish.

5Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

6Add milk and heat.

7Garnish with parsley and serve 6 lucky people.
