  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons ground red pepper
  • 2 catfish filets
  • olive oil
  • 6 large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • chopped scallions
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges
