- 2 lb. catfish fillets
- 1 c. finely crushed cheese crackers
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Cut fillets into 1-inch cubes; set aside.

2Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, sesame seed, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.

3Dip fish cubes in butter; roll in cracker crumb mixture. Place fish cubes 1/2-inch apart on aluminum foil lined baking sheets.

4Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes or until fish is golden brown.

5Serve immediately with your favorite dip for fish or with Sour Cream Bleu Cheese Dip.
