Catfish Stew

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. catfish
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 3/4 c. onions, diced
  • 1 c. regular ketchup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put fish in water, boil until they flake, take out of water, remove all bones.

    Put onions in water fish was boiled in and cook until done.
  3. 3
    Put fish back into pot and boil about 10 minutes. Add ketchup, boil 5 minutes and serve over rice or toast.
