- 2 1/2 lb. catfish, cut up
- 14 oz. catsup
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 oz. Texas Pete
- 3/4 c. fatback (in small pieces)
Directions

1Fry fatback until brown.

2Stir in onions and cook until done. Add catsup, tomato soup, Texas Pete, salt and pepper.

3Bring to boil over medium heat.

4Add catfish.

5Cook about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking to bottom of pan.
