- 3 lb. catfish
- 2 large onions, cut up
- 2 large cans milk
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 large potatoes, cut up
- 1 small can Carnation milk
- small amount water
- 1 1/2 c. creamy corn
Directions

1Cook catfish in boiler; remove bones.

2Cook potatoes and onions until they are mush.

3Add fish and small can of milk to boiler; let cook until all is done.

4Add large cans of milk, water, margarine, corn, salt and pepper.

5Stir over low heat until it comes to a boil; set off.

6Stir good, or it will stick.

7Makes 2 gallons.
