  • 3 cup water
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 cup baby red potatoes cut into half
  • 1 (14 1/2-oz ) can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 5 garlic cloves,finely chopped
  • 1/2 Small head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 pound catfish nuggets
  • 1 tbsp old bay seasoning

Directions

    In a large pot,bring water, salt, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a boil over medium - high heat.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Add cabbage and bring back to a boil.

    Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add catfish and old bay seasoning.

    Simmer until the catfish is cooked through, about 10 minutes more.

    Serve while hot.
