- 1 lb. catfish
- 2 large onions
- 4 cans tomato soup
- 4 or 5 slices fatback meat
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut fatback meat in pieces and fry until brown.

2Drain grease. Next fry onions until tender.

3Add fatback, onions and tomato soup in a big pot.

4Bring to a boil.

5Cut heat down on medium heat; add catfish.

6Cover and cook until fish is done.
