Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. colored miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Melt chocolate and margarine over low heat.

    Remove from heat and beat in egg.

    Mix well.

    Cool slightly.

    In large bowl, combine marshmallows and nuts.

    Pour chocolate mixture over the top and mix well.

    Divide mixture in half.

    Shape each half into a roll approximately 8-inches long.

    Wrap roll in a strip of waxed paper which has been heavily sprinkled with powdered sugar.

    Chill several hours or overnight; slice to serve.

    (Cookies will have a stained glass window appearance.)
