  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 small potatoes, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 small (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 small green pepper (optional)
  • 3 small carrots, sliced
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Arrange ingredients in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish in layers, beginning with meat and topping with tomatoes.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Add tomato soup and 1 soup can of water. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350° or 2 1/2 hours at 300°.
