- 12 pared and cooked medium potatoes
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream, softened
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt, pepper and garlic (optional) to taste
Directions

1Mash cooked potatoes with beater.

2Add all other ingredients and mix well with beater.

3Put mixture in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight or at least several hours.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes (until golden brown).
