- 3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spices
- 2 large diced onions
- 1/2 c. salt
Directions

1Put tomatoes in

7Let stand 3 days. Drain all liquid off, cook 10 minutes and run tomatoes through a colander. Pour tomato juice in pan.
