  • 4 cups cauliflower, grated
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 12 cup diced onion
  • 1 14 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon turmeric
  • 13 cup chicken broth

    Combine oil and butter over med/high heat.

    saute onions for a couple minutes then add spices.

    Add Cauliflower and stir thoroughly.

    (your 'rice' should be all yellow).About 2 minute.
