  • 12 cup sugar (to taste)
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 3 lemons, juice of
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons pineapple juice (to taste)

    Place tea bags and sugar in a 2-quart pitcher.

    Add 4 cups of boiling water.

    Steep for 15 minutes.

    Steep fresh mint leaves in tea for at least 3 minutes.

    Remove mint leaves.

    Add lemon juice, lemon slices and pineapple juice.

    Fill the pitcher with cold water.
