- 1 lb cauliflower
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cup shredded colby monterrey jack cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp Hungarian paprika
Directions

1Microwave the cauliflower for 8 minutes.

2Squeeze all liquids out.

3Mash, break into small pieces

4Shred the cheese.

5In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil, together well.

6Form into small cakes.

7Chill them at least 30 minutes, to keep firm.

8I put mine in the freezer.

9Heat oil in a pan and fry till crispy.

10Move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils.
