- 2 pkg. frozen cauliflower or 1 large head (fresh)
- 1 large can peas, drained
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 pt. (small size) sour cream
- 3/4 c. (small size) Ritz crackers
- 3 to 4 tsp. butter
Directions

1Cook cauliflower and drain; drain peas.

2Combine cauliflower, peas, cheese and sour cream.

3Pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with Ritz crackers.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
