  • 2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen chopped cauliflower, cooked and drained
  • 4 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter

    Beat in a bowl the eggs. Combine in a separate bowl the onions, soup and mayonnaise. Add

    beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly. Place mixture in a casserole dish. Add cooked and drained cauliflower. Melt butter. Add bread crumbs. Mix well. Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture. Place in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
