  • 1 tsp. onion
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. water

    Microwave cauliflower and water in a glass dish on High for 9 minutes.

    (Drain water.)

    Add all other ingredients in order and microwave on Roast (or Medium-high) for 2 minutes.
