Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 1 spoonfull of softened cream cheese
- 2 spoonfulls of plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp of butter
- 1 dash of salt, pepper and rosemary to taste
Directions

1Clean and chop the cauliflower and set aside

2Set a pot of water over medium high heat

3Once the water is boiling, carefully add your chopped cauliflower and cover the pot.

4Bring once again to a boil

5Then reduce heat to low and add the carrots.

6They should be peeled and roughly chopped.

7You can put more carrots if you want to

8Simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat or until the cauliflower and carrots are mushy, not crunchy

9Once they are steamed, drain the water.

10Add the butter, yoghurt, cream cheese and seasoning

11Mash with a hand blender until smooth.

12It can be served warm or cold
